Each customer receives a dedicated Mac Mini. Your AI agent's data, API keys, and configurations are stored exclusively on your assigned hardware. We do not access, read, or share your agent's data, API keys, or conversation history. Your Mac Mini is encrypted at rest with AES-256 encryption.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

  • With your consent
  • To comply with legal obligations or valid legal processes
  • With service providers who assist in operating our business (e.g., payment processors), under strict confidentiality agreements

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies to operate our website and may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon cancellation, we will delete your data from our systems within 30 days unless retention is required by law. Your dedicated Mac Mini is securely wiped upon service termination.

By accessing or using SecureClaw's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

SecureClaw provides managed hosting for OpenClaw, an open-source personal AI assistant, on dedicated Mac Mini hardware. Our service includes initial setup, configuration, ongoing hosting, and customer support.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Your own API keys and any charges incurred from AI model providers

4. Pricing and Payment

Our service requires a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly fee as displayed on our website. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your service at any time. Upon cancellation, your service will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Distribute malware, spam, or engage in phishing
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems or networks

We provide ongoing support to help you manage and control your AI agent. While we make every effort to resolve issues promptly, we are not liable for any actions taken by your AI agent before our team intervenes or in the event of a technical failure.

8. Limitation of Liability

SecureClaw provides managed hosting infrastructure. We are not responsible for the actions, outputs, or decisions made by your AI agent. You are solely responsible for supervising your agent's activities and any consequences thereof. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Intellectual Property

OpenClaw is open-source software and is governed by its own license. The SecureClaw name, branding, website content, and proprietary configurations are owned by SecureClaw. You retain ownership of your data, API keys, and any custom configurations.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
